3 of the most amazing doctors I have ever met. I have seen many doctors due to fighting with some autoimmune disorders for 2+ years and have seen many "traditional" doctors from Portland Maine to Boston Massachusetts and all in between with little to no answers or help. Within my 1st 2 weeks being seen here mind blowing results! Truly blessed to have these 3 in my corner. 100% worth it to pay and feel so much better than have insurance cover me to stay sick. I love this team and all they've done.

I can't say enough about how awesome Dr Shanna is as well as the staff. Everyone that works there is so helpful and scheduling is always a breeze. I've been seeing Dr. Shanna for a little over a year now. We've been working on a rare chronic health condition that no other doctor has been able to help me with. She's amazing to have on my team. She's an amazing acupuncturist, she's willing to look at other tests I've done with other doctors to review and incorporate into our plan together. She really cares about helping you and she gives you her full attention when she's with you, which is paramount to helping a patient heal. Most of my symptoms that I've had for years she's been able to keep at bay,, and while I still have flare-ups which will be a part of my health journey, they are few and far between. The quality of my life has significantly increased since starting to work with her . My partner has gone to see Dr. Will for back pain and migraines and has also seen so much improvement. They've created a really awesome holistic doctor's office, so glad they're around!!

It was to be holistic in its approach, accessible from a financial perspective, concise it its mission and 100% results oriented regardless of life stage or state of health. I started getting acupuncture over a month ago for various symptoms I have been dealing with.. it was my first time ever doing acupuncture and I was nervous, I can't even explain how patient and kind Dr. Shanna was when I told her about my anxieties around needles. Dr. Shanna at Mainestream Health is an amazingly skilled and talented health care professional and acupuncturist. I've used Accupuncture for over 35 years for almost all my health needs: all kinds of illness, joint and muscle pain, maintaining a healthy digestive system, sleep issues, stress and just staying healthy. I've been treated by acupuncturists in 5 different places I've lived and Dr. Shanna is BY FAR the best I've ever had. She defines what a great health care practitioner should be; she listens, cares, figures out what will help you the best, then treats you with what you need to get better . The facility and treatment rooms are first class: heated tables, great relaxing atmosphere, front desk staff who are so nice and supportive and extremely professional. If you are thinking about acupuncture, this is the place to go.

If you have been looking for providers who truly listen and give the best care possible look no further. My life has forever been changed for the better. When I first started seeing Will almost 2 years ago I had chronic neck and lower back pain, as well as symptoms of frozen shoulder post surgery. In just a couple of months my symptoms had almost completely subsided despite the occasional flare up. Having acupuncture with Shanna has single handedly been the biggest blessing for anxiety, persistent nausea/stomach issues & severe menstrual cramps & all that comes with the territory. My periods are no longer debilitating and I feel that it completely relates to acupuncture. Their comprehensive care leaves you feeling refreshed, balanced and ready to take on the day. It is worth the 2 hour drive from Bangor every single time. I have never received better care in my 26 years of life than I do here. You won't regret adding the mainstream team to your roster, they treat you like family & there is something for everyone!

Dr. Shanna helped me heal after having nerve pain from a complicated ankle and leg surgery. She was so kind and professional-we realized it takes a whole team these days to successfully navigate post-op care! It was the BEST choice to incorporate Mainestream Health for true healing.

Mainestream Health Co. is a wonderful environment for healthcare. The staff is pleasant and the office is inviting. The relief I received from severe sciatica pain was amazing. It was a better approach than PT. and pain medication. AS a 82 year old female I have never received chiropractic care and I am so thankful for a friend's recommendation to try Dr. Will Bartlett services for pain relief.
