Dr. Shanna holds a Doctor of Acupuncture and Chinese Medicine degree. Her philosophy is helping each patient discover the formula for their body's own ability to heal.

Carrie Paradis, RN
Carrie is a Registered Nurse supporting our regenerative medicine program, including EBOO. She also handles all of our phlebotomy and blood draw needs. Full bio coming soon.
Lindsey Maines, RN
Lindsey is a Registered Nurse who joined the Mainestream team in March 2024. In addition to her office administrator responsibilities, she also fills in for Carrie for phlebotomy and blood draw needs when required. You will routinely see her in the office on Thursdays. Originally from Northern Maine, Lindsey moved to Southern Maine several years ago with her husband. She is a Mom to 4 beautiful young girls!

Whether greeting patients, answering questions, coordinating schedules, or assisting with office needs, Susan is committed to providing friendly, attentive service and helping each visit be as seamless as possible.
