Dr. Shanna holds a Doctor of Acupuncture and Chinese Medicine degree and has been on a holistic, natural healing journey for many years.  Acupuncture has been used as a tool in her healthcare toolbox since she was 17 years old, initially for chronic digestive issues. It sent her on a path to utilize the medicine for future health ailments like post-concussion syndrome, sleep troubles, ankle sprain recovery, dysautonomia, and more. Now, she gives the gift of innate healing to those searching for a more natural, holistic healthcare approach.

Dr. Shanna's philosophy for health and wellness is to figure out the formula for your body's ability to best heal itself. She uses acupuncture and Chinese medicine as well as lifestyle medicine to help fine tune each individual person's "formula" for longevity and wellbeing.

When she's not treating patients, Dr. Shanna enjoys spending time outdoors, fishing, hunting, reading, and learning new recipes.
